The bigger the file, the better the print. Here's what we recommend: Minimum: 1,200 x 1,200 pixels — acceptable quality, won't pixelate Preferred: 3,000 x 3,000 pixels or larger — best HD print result File types: PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI files all work. Vector files (AI, EPS) are ideal for logos. Not sure if your file is big enough? Send it to us at salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com and we will tell you before you order.

Anything you can imagine — and we mean that literally. The only limit is copyright — we can't reproduce officially licensed team logos (NFL, NBA, etc.) without proper licensing. We do have some licenses. Absolutely. Find a design you love in our store and just tell us in your order notes what you'd like added — names, a date, a number, a logo. Our design team will incorporate it into the existing design and send you a proof before printing. There's no extra charge for minor customizations.

It's simple. First, place your order and choose your board or bag type. After purchase, our design team reaches out to gather your artwork, photos, logo, or design direction. We create a digital proof and share it with you for approval before we print a single thing. You don't pay extra for the design work — it's included. Once you approve the proof, we go to print and ship. Heads up: We do not provide design proofs before purchase. This ensures our design team's time goes to confirmed orders — and it means your order moves faster.

Custom orders ship in 5–10 business days after your design proof is approved. The approval process usually takes 1–3 business days depending on how quickly we can reach you and how many revisions are needed. We want to make your design perfect. Not just for us, but also for you and your event. If you have a very detailed idea, there may be several revisions so that we meet your standards. If you have a hard deadline — a wedding, a birthday, an event — tell us in your order notes and we'll do everything we can to make it work. Pro tip: Order at least 3 weeks before your event to leave room for proofing, printing, and shipping without any stress.
