The bigger the file, the better the print. Minimum: 1,200 x 1,200 pixels. Preferred: 3,000 x 3,000 pixels or larger for best HD results. File types: PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI. Absolutely. Find a design you love and tell us in your order notes what you would like added — names, a date, a number, a logo. The design team incorporates it and sends a proof before printing. There is no extra charge for minor customizations.

First, place your order and choose your board or bag type. After purchase, the design team reaches out to gather your artwork, photos, logo, or design direction. A digital proof is created and shared for your approval before printing. Design work is included in the price. Design proofs are not provided before purchase.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after your design proof is approved. The approval process usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
