What size file and format do you need for a custom design?

The bigger the file, the better the print. Minimum: 1,200 x 1,200 pixels. Preferred: 3,000 x 3,000 pixels or larger for best HD results. File types: PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI. Vector files (AI, EPS) are ideal for logos. Not sure if your file is big enough? Email salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com and we will confirm before you order.

What kinds of designs can I put on cornhole boards or bags?

Anything you can imagine. Popular options include wedding photos and dates, business logos, sports team designs, family photos, brewery and winery branding, hand-drawn artwork, and memorial tributes. The only limit is copyright — officially licensed team logos (NFL, NBA, etc.) require proper licensing. Contact salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com to check if your team or logo is available.

Can I add custom text or elements to a pre-designed board?

Absolutely. Find a design you love and tell us in your order notes what you would like added — names, a date, a number, a logo. The design team incorporates it and sends a proof before printing. There is no extra charge for minor customizations.

How does the custom ordering process work?

First, place your order and choose your board or bag type. After purchase, the design team reaches out to gather your artwork, photos, logo, or design direction. A digital proof is created and shared for your approval before printing. Design work is included in the price. Design proofs are not provided before purchase.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after your design proof is approved. The approval process usually takes 1 to 3 business days. If you have a hard deadline such as a wedding or event, include it in your order notes. Order at least 3 weeks before your event to allow time for proofing, printing, and shipping.

Are quantity discounts available on custom orders?

Yes. FanBags offers quantity discounts for bulk orders on boards, bags, and custom gear. Popular for corporate events, tournaments, leagues, and fundraisers. Contact salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com or call (419) 407-6232 with your quantity for a custom quote.

Can I order custom bags with my logo or design?

Yes. Custom bags are one of FanBags most popular products. Your logo, design, or artwork is printed directly onto pro-grade dual-sided bags. Popular for gifts, tournament swag, and corporate giveaways. Place your order first, then the design team reaches out for your artwork.

Tournament Edition: Built for Pros, Aspiring Champions, and Everyone In Between

FanBags Tournament Edition cornhole boards are made for players who play often and want to use what the pros use. Whether you are competing in a league, running a tailgate tournament before kickoff, or playing at a graduation party, these boards deliver a true professional feel. Each board is built to support over 500 lbs.

Premium 18mm Baltic Birch Plywood – Made in the USA

Every Ball State cornhole board is handcrafted in the USA from 18mm Baltic Birch plywood, the premium hardwood plywood used for professional cornhole boards. Its dense, flat, stable construction delivers a smooth, consistent playing surface that resists warping.

No Bag Bounce

Two support beams under the playing surface eliminate bag bounce, so bags land flat and slide with tournament-level consistency.

Rounded Corners So Bags Drip Into the Hole

Every corner is rounded, including the hole. Bags drip into the hole instead of snagging on sharp edges.

Rock-Solid Frame Construction

Pocket screws attach the frame to the playing surface for a tight, sturdy build with a pro-level feel on every throw.

Double-Thick Folding Legs With Rubber Stoppers

Double-thick legs connected with a support bracket keep the boards steady and fold flat for easy storage in a dorm, apartment, garage, or trunk. Rubber stoppers on the ends of the legs keep the boards from sliding on slick surfaces like tile, hardwood, and concrete, so you can play indoors or outdoors.

Built-In Carrying Handles

Handles cut into the frame make it easy to carry your boards to the tailgate lot, campus, park, or alumni event.

HD UV-Printed Graphics That Will Not Fade

The Ball State design is printed with an HD UV flatbed printer and sealed with our digital UV-hardened polyurethane. The cardinal red and white graphics will not fade, peel, bubble, or shift and stay vibrant for the life of the cornhole board. No vinyl wraps, no stickers.
