Every set is proudly made in the USA using premium 18mm (3/4") Baltic Birch plywood and built to regulation 2' x 4' (24" x 48") dimensions.

Underneath the fiery Fireball-themed artwork is a serious playing surface built for years of games:

• 18mm / 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood for a premium tournament-style playing surface

• Two horizontal support braces per board underneath the playing surface to add strength and help reduce unwanted bag bounce

• Double-thick folding legs connected with a support bracket for added stability

• Rubber stoppers on each leg to help prevent boards from sliding on slick surfaces such as tile

• Built-in carrying handles cut directly into the side of each board

• Pocket-screw construction for a strong, secure frame

• Rounded corners and rounded holes to help bags move smoothly toward the hole without catching on sharp edges

• Built to withstand 500+ pounds of weight

• Legs fold flat for convenient storage and transportation

The Fireball Whiskey-themed artwork is printed directly onto the Baltic Birch playing surface using a high-definition UV flatbed printer.

The design is then sealed with our 4Bagger digital UV-hardened polyurethane finish to help protect the artwork during normal cornhole play.

The finish is designed to help keep the graphics vibrant while resisting fading, peeling, bubbling, and shifting over time.

Every corner of the board — including the hole — is rounded to create a smooth playing surface and help bags drop cleanly into the hole without catching on sharp edges.

All FanBags boards are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects — structural issues with frame, legs, or playing surface, hardware failures, and print adhesion issues caused by our process.

Warranty does not cover water or liquid damage, normal wear, or custom design accuracy after your proof is approved.
