What size file and format do you need for a custom design?

The bigger the file, the better the print. Minimum: 1,200 x 1,200 pixels. Preferred: 3,000 x 3,000 pixels or larger for best HD results. File types: PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI. Vector files (AI, EPS) are ideal for logos. Not sure if your file is big enough? Email salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com and we will confirm before you order.

What kinds of designs can I put on cornhole boards or bags?

Anything you can imagine. Popular options include wedding photos and dates, business logos, sports team designs, family photos, brewery and winery branding, hand-drawn artwork, and memorial tributes. The only limit is copyright — officially licensed team logos (NFL, NBA, etc.) require proper licensing. Contact salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com to check if your team or logo is available.

Can I add custom text or elements to a pre-designed board?

Absolutely. Find a design you love and tell us in your order notes what you would like added — names, a date, a number, a logo. The design team incorporates it and sends a proof before printing. There is no extra charge for minor customizations.

How does the custom ordering process work?

First, place your order and choose your board or bag type. After purchase, the design team reaches out to gather your artwork, photos, logo, or design direction. A digital proof is created and shared for your approval before printing. Design work is included in the price. Design proofs are not provided before purchase.

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders ship in 5 to 10 business days after your design proof is approved. The approval process usually takes 1 to 3 business days. If you have a hard deadline such as a wedding or event, include it in your order notes. Order at least 3 weeks before your event to allow time for proofing, printing, and shipping.

Are quantity discounts available on custom orders?

Yes. FanBags offers quantity discounts for bulk orders on boards, bags, and custom gear. Popular for corporate events, tournaments, leagues, and fundraisers. Contact salesteam@fanbagscornhole.com or call (419) 407-6232 with your quantity for a custom quote.

Can I order custom bags with my logo or design?

Yes. Custom bags are one of FanBags most popular products. Your logo, design, or artwork is printed directly onto pro-grade dual-sided bags. Popular for gifts, tournament swag, and corporate giveaways. Place your order first, then the design team reaches out for your artwork.

Inside the Five Brewery Cornhole Boards – Tournament Edition

Bring the Brewery to the Backyard

If you love Inside the Five Brewing Co. and you love cornhole, this set was made for you.

The Inside the Five Brewery Tournament Edition Cornhole Boards bring the personality of your favorite brewery and its beers to a professional-quality cornhole set. Featuring designs inspired by Easy Tiger, Hop Shield, CMO Tang, Butters Bottom Batch, Little Glass of Summer, Mile Marker Zero, and T Town Lager, these boards are built for brewery fans who like their games competitive and their beer selection interesting.

Whether you're throwing bags in the backyard, hosting a tailgate, entertaining friends, or bringing the boards to your next brewery gathering, these boards give you a great-looking playing surface with the serious construction you expect from the FanBags Tournament Edition.

And yes, you can absolutely argue over which Inside the Five beer belongs on the board. That's part of the game.

Professional-Quality Cornhole Boards

The FanBags Tournament Edition is designed for people who play often and want professional-quality cornhole equipment.

Every set is proudly made in the USA using premium 18mm (3/4") Baltic Birch plywood and built to regulation 2' x 4' (24" x 48") dimensions.

Under the brewery-inspired graphics is a board designed for serious play:

18mm / 3/4" Baltic Birch plywood for a premium tournament-style playing surface
Two horizontal support braces per board underneath the playing surface to increase strength and help reduce unwanted bag bounce
Double-thick folding legs connected with a support bracket for added stability
Rubber stoppers on each leg to help keep boards from sliding on slick surfaces such as tile
Built-in carrying handles cut directly into the side of each board
Pocket-screw construction for a strong, secure frame
Rounded corners and rounded holes for smoother bag play and cleaner drops into the hole
Built to withstand 500+ pounds of weight
Legs fold flat for convenient storage and transportation

They're tough enough for regular play and good-looking enough to become part of the setup at your next party.

A Beer Lineup Worth Playing For

The artwork celebrates an Inside the Five beer lineup with designs featuring:

Easy TigerFor when you want to keep things easy — until the score gets close.

Hop ShieldA little extra protection for your team when the bags start flying.

CMO TangA beer-inspired design with plenty of personality and a name that's almost as fun to say as it is to throw bags around.

Butters Bottom BatchBecause apparently even the bottom of the barrel deserves its own cornhole board.

Little Glass of SummerPerfect for backyard games, warm-weather gatherings, and pretending summer should never end.

Mile Marker ZeroThe perfect starting point for a day of beer, bags, and questionable competitive decisions.

T Town LagerA hometown-style favorite that's right at home on a set of tournament cornhole boards.

Together, the designs make this set a natural fit for Inside the Five fans, brewery lovers, craft beer enthusiasts, and cornhole players looking for something more unique than a standard board set.

High-Definition UV-Printed Brewery Artwork

The Inside the Five beer designs are printed directly onto the Baltic Birch playing surface using a high-definition UV flatbed printer.

Once printed, the artwork is sealed with our 4Bagger digital UV-hardened polyurethane finish. This helps protect the design during normal cornhole play while keeping the graphics vibrant.

The finish is designed to help prevent the artwork from fading, peeling, bubbling, or shifting over time.

Every corner of the board — including the hole — is rounded to create a smooth playing surface and help bags move cleanly toward the hole without catching on sharp corners.

Built for Brewery Fans and Cornhole Players

Whether these boards live in your backyard, accompany you to tailgates, become the centerpiece of your next party, or get regular use at brewery events, the Inside the Five Brewery Tournament Edition set brings together two things that go pretty well together:

Good beer and good competition.

Just remember — your partner isn't necessarily throwing badly. They may simply be conducting very important research on which beer pairs best with airmails.
