Every FanBags Tournament Edition set is proudly made in the USA using premium 18mm (3/4") Baltic Birch plywood and regulation 2' x 4' (24" x 48") playing surfaces.

Each Mascot Tailgate design is reproduced directly onto the Baltic Birch playing surface using a high-definition UV flatbed printer.
The artwork is then sealed with our 4Bagger digital UV-hardened polyurethane finish to help protect the design during normal cornhole play.
The finish is designed to help keep the artwork vibrant without fading, peeling, bubbling, or shifting over time.
Every corner of the board — including the hole — is rounded to create a smooth playing surface and help bags move cleanly toward the hole without catching on sharp edges.

All FanBags boards are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects — structural issues with frame, legs, or playing surface, hardware failures, and print adhesion issues caused by our process.
Warranty does not cover water or liquid damage, normal wear, or custom design accuracy after your proof is approved.
